To further strengthen our Nordic Organization we are now searching for our next colleague to join our amazing team Operational Efficiency Center.

We are the Operational Efficiency team

Operational Efficiency Center is a support function within Nordic Operations of BNP Personal Finance, with the mission to with different tools, drive transformation to improve efficiency by analyzing, streamlining, challenging and optimizing the way we work. Among these tools, we use methods as Lean Management, improving communication and collaboration, but also more technical ones such as automations and contributing to the development of our systems. Besides this, we participate in projects and support the operational departments in handling pain points, with both short- and long-term solutions.

ACE = Achieving Continuous Enhancement

Our new ACE Leader positions are key to improve our operational efficiency. They align with a dedicated Nordic department within Operations to find potential to optimize their processes from start to finish, drive smaller projects and coordinate collaborations both within and outside of Operations. They support and challenge the department action plans through a close dialogue with the Department Head and Team Leaders.

It can be a challenging position, but a developing one. You will be part of a small team of six people and report to the Head of Nordic Operational Efficiency. You will be empowered by the whole team, as well as the Nordic COO, and given the possibility to grow with the role over time. The position is at Nordic level and can be located in our offices in either Copenhagen or Stockholm, but also covers our Norwegian teams.

Our department developed late 2021/early 2022 and already changed a lot along the way. With agility and inspiration from the transformation journey our company is on, we adapted the setup of our team and launched the new way of working beginning of 2023. We are proud of what we built so far and want to keep developing and improving our structure and collaborations to continue to bring value to the company and our employees.
