The Nordic Debt Capital Markets team is seeking analytical and entrepreneurial candidates with a firm grasp of complex financial concepts and a drive to work in a highly dynamic, meritocratic and rewarding workplace for its 2023 Internship Programme.

Main duties & responsibilities

The Nordic Debt Capital Markets Team is recruiting one off-cycle intern for the period January-June 2023. The internship offers 6 months of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment covering the largest corporate and financial institutions in the Nordic region. The role includes (but is not limited to):

  • Supporting in the origination, structuring and execution of strategic financing and debt restructuring transactions
  • Perform industry, company, and market research
  • Evaluate macro and credit risks to help value and price transactions
  • Assisting in the development of roadshows and client marketing events
  • Attending team discussions and client meetings, where you will be asked to actively participate
  • Take active part and form a growing team in one of the Group’s key strategic geographical areas

  • Great multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment
Technical skills and qualifications
  • Excellent academic track record
  • Mathematical, analytical & quantitative skills
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, including Excel (any additional computer skills/coding are an advantage)
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills and fluency in at least one Nordic language
  • Previous relevant practical experience is preferred
