The Nordic Global Banking is seeking highly motivated candidates with a firm grasp of the financial markets and a drive to work in a highly dynamic, meritocratic and rewarding workplace for its 2023 Graduate Program

The Global banking EMEA Program

The program is designed to boost your professional development. As a graduate, you will be offered a permanent contract within BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking. Starting with an immersive 12-month rotational program, including two rotations to allow you a better understanding of different activities of investment banking; M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Markets, Real Assets, Securitized Products Group

  • Your first 6 months, you are based in Paris and join one of the Investment Banking teams, within the European Advisory Group (EAG) or Capital Markets.
  • After 6 months in Paris, you return in your home country and start your second assignment and discover a second Investment Banking activity.
  • At the end of the program, you become Analyst 2 in the preferred of our Investment Banking teams

Your profile
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Methodical, logical, systematic, pro-active and solution-driven approach.
  • Can do-mentality and Team player
  • Keen interest and basic understanding in Financial Markets
Technical skills and qualifications
  • Excellent academic background, minimum BSc.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical & quantitative skills are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of accounting and valuation techniques; Past practical experiences will be considered
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, including Excel (any additional computer skills/coding are an advantage)
  • Excellent spoken and written English and fluency in at least one Nordic language.
